Jack Cole, a former federal operator known for his cunning and subtlety, is now a detective with the Los AngelesPD. Cole and tough-talking coworker Jim blog post Campbell are tasked with investigating a string of grisly deaths in the metro region. However, as they unearth a plot involving the assassinations, terrorism, and organized crime, the two men become closer despite their initial animosity.
With a buddy cop film co-starring Keenen Ivory Wayans, Steven Seagal's Summer of Steven continues. When it comes to portraying the character, Seagal is the same as we've seen it a hundred times before, whereas Wayans is a far cry from his typical self. This film, on the other hand, was a resounding failure at the box office, and critics have already decried its performance.
